The final session in the Hypnosis for Confident Music Performance course.

Here the sesson focuses first on replacing the thinking that generates stage fright symptoms.  Instead, the listener's subconscious anchors taking a single deep breath with shifting into a relaxed state that permits experiencing "flow". 

More commonly known as "being in the zone", Hungarian psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi identified this mental state as being what all artists experience in the creative process.
